Wizcode LLC releases an updated version of Pocket Mechanic Professional, the leading Windows Mobile maintenance utility.

The new version 2.30 features a new Scan Disk module that is able to scan storage cards for any errors, lost cluster chains, corrupted file chains, cross-linked files or folders etc. and repair any issues found.

The Scan Disk module is built extensively on the solid FATFS core that Pocket Mechanic Professional uses for accessing the file system directly. The new version also fixes a serious issue that our quality assurance team discovered during testing of the new Scan Disk module and related to the file system enumerator. Although the issue discovered affects only read-only operations we strongly recommend upgrading to the new version. The upgrade is FREE to our registered users.
