The Awards Process

Nominations Manager, Werner Ruotsalainen, and the Board of Expert judges spent two months selecting 889 award nominees, about 20% of the software in the Smartphone & Pocket PC magazine Encyclopedia of Software and Accessories.  Only a small fraction of the nominated software titles became finalists. The winners will be announced in November 2007.
