Lovely new site, but trouble tickets not being carried over - when they were over a week old and no reply was forthcoming, that’s not so good.  It also lost my registration, so I had to re-register as well as re-submitting the ticket.  Adn it’s still not been answered a day later.

So nice site - now that’s done, perhaps the support can be turned on?

Hi athelstan,
There was a configuration issue, the support system is up and running now. Unfortunately the old tickets were not transfered to the new system so you have to reopen your ticket again but I can assure you it will be answered almost instantly now. Regarding registration - we migrated all existing accounts already, have you tried recovering your password?

Keep up the good work!

HI Anton,
I enjoy your new website.  I would like to make a suggestion though, to you and all developers who are fortunate enough to see your site.  When you create an upgrade, reflect net new version number in the executable or the CAB file - such as setup v2_3.exe.  That way, expecially when you distribute the files to shareware houses, I would know before I install something whether it is the correct version or they haven’t updated their files yet.  Even now, looking at Pocket Mech, the version still says 2.24.  If I click download, the downloaded file is setup (WM5).zip.  I don’t know if the zip file is updated to the v2.3 and you just forgot to change the info on the page, or if the file is still the 2.24 version.  If it was setup (WM5) v2_3.zip, I would know immediately.

Love your software and website.  Congratulations on a job well done.
Bob
