All right, I am very glad to see that Anton is back with a Pocket Mechanic update.  I knew I made a great decision when I bought this program 6 months ago.

It’s been a difficult period for us as we had to change our organization in order to handle customer support better and release more products. The site itself took us months to complete but I am sure everybody will appreciate the functionality it offers or will start to offer very soon. Have a look at the new section that allows registered customers to retrieve their license keys automatically for instance. A large knowledge base is currently being compiled and will also shortly be available to customers. We are starting separate developer blogs to keep everybody in touch with the latest progress and technologies used in our products.  3 new products are currently being developed and another 5 are waiting in the pipe line.

Something that we terribly miss is the absence of feedback and criticism. Don’t save us negative comments, we are here to communicate with our customers and improve.
