Do you think it will be a good idea besides having these modules packages in the same application to release them as separate applications only? We see at least two reasons for that:

1. Lower price - I am assuming everybody will pay $10 or less for a powerful application such as undelete in case you don’t need the entire functionality of Data Recovery Mobile.

2. Lower application size, faster startup, less memory requirements.

We have already started work on Pocket Mechanic v3, based on our Evolution framework and we will release it in about 45 days. However the price of Pocket Mechanic is a bit high (there are years of work in it) and all features are not always needed so if there is a requirement we can move some of the modules to smaller applications with a very competitive price and market them that way.

Your honest opinion is very welcome.

Well someone has said “simplicity is beauty”.  I say keep everything together, it makes everything easier to find!

Personally I prefer a integrated and comprehensive suite of system tools over individual pieces and parts.  I have always been a fan of products like Norton, etc.

If we put all utilities we are going to release into a single product (Pocket Mechanic for example) that will make the application huge (several megabytes) and expensive. Perhaps we should group tools in several groups and release several applications like Storage Utilities, Cleanup, Data Recovery....
