We have recently fixed an issue with our trouble ticket system that was causing many problems with opened tickets showing up as closed. We have also added more resources to our help desk so now all opened tickets should be answered in less than 24 hours. Our content management team has started work on moving all product related knowledge into three new section on our site - the Frequently Asked Questions section, the Product documentation section and the Articles & Guides section. From now on these sections will grow daily because we plan to add a lot of content there. We will also shortly announce a Wiki system that will allow users to contribute especially with Pocket Hack Master configuration. Don't forget to visit our newely opened Discussion Forums as well.
