I was happy to see that there was an update that works for my Mogul, however after i downloaded it PHM still says that it is not compatible even thought the site says it is.

As stated many times in our forums Pocket Hack Master does not support the Qualcomm CPU based devices including the Mogul. We have contacted Handster several times so far and if they continue to list the device as compatible we will simply remove our software from their store.
