Great product, I just downloaded the trial today and so far am very pleased with it. I just have a couple questions.

First, is it normal to have the screen do a quick flicker when you set PHM to scale the cpu speed and it’s changing between the different settings? This also happens when I manually change the cpu speed between one setting and another.

Second, do you have to keep the program running to have the settings remain applied? If so, does that only apply to scaling or even forced single speed?
