On WM6 i receive this error when try to format the SD: “ Error code:0x1f, A device attached to the system is not functioning”. But the SD card working and the Card Information show all information without problems.

Try reinserting the storage card. This particular error code means the card is not ready/the device driver is in suspended state. Removing and inserting the card again should fix this issue.
