I have a HTC TOUCH with TI OMAP 850 201Mhz. I installed Pocket Hack Master 4.32.050.

After some minutes of working my HTC just stops working (black screen, no response to buttons, green led blinking!). For that it works again I need to remove the battery a put it back on, and power on the pda after that.

I had Pocket Hack Master previously in Imate KJam, with the same processor and it worked just fine!

Any clues?

Hi joaopedrobarr,
Welcome to the forums! Can you post the speed configuration you are using? Is OEM scaling disabled? Thanks!

I tested serveral configurations at several speed. One of them was 247: mmu=123, dsp=247, lcd=123, per=61, tc=123, si=288, mips=132, memory=422.

What is OEM scaling disabled? Is that “Disable device built-in scaling”? If so, it is not disabled (i didnt check the option).

thank you,

Please disable built-in scaling it may be in conflict with PHM. The speed setting you are using could be too high for you device, try setting a slower speed setting or use the default speed setting to confirm that the application is stable. Once you do that start searching for speed settings that are faster the default one and also pass the stability tests.

Hi Anton,

My case is exactly like joaopedrobarr.  I have checked the “Disable device built-in scaling” option.
Even i use the default setting for overclocking to 201 (default CPU speed, same as not overclock at all), it still hang and i need to restart. I also tried underclock.... all speeds also make my htc touch hang.... i am wondering wat is happening?

By the way, i am able to overclock and underclock successfully using batterystatus, omapclock.

Any idea?

Hi KSK,
Welcome to the forums!

What is the device that you are using? Does it makes any difference if the device is on A/C or battery power? Does it hang up immediately or after a while? Can you please email your log file to our support address? Thanks in advance!
