Hello,

I wanted to say that, even after this release, I am still getting compatibility issues.  I submitted a ticket much earlier but now that you have the forums up, I figured I would post.  The problem I get states:

Warning!  This version of Pocket Hack Master does not suport the processor used in your device.  For more information please visit .....

I have faithfully used this product in the splurge of pocket pc’s I have had until this one (when I say splurge I mean purchasing 3 ppcs in a years time).  It has worked in my audiovox ppc 6600, 6700, and samsung ip-830w.

Love the product but I wish I can get it to work with this one.  This new mogul really needs a speed boost (videos are choppy, programs run slow etc.)

Is there anything that can be done to it?

Thanks in advance

Hi agdcougar,
Thanks for your question. The Mogul uses a new CPU that is not yet supported by Pocket Hack Master. I can assure you that we have started research on this topic and as soon as we get a physical device with that CPU in our hands we will update Pocket Hack Master to support it.

Please send me the link to the site where you saw the application being sold as “compatible” with the mogul, I will contact them and to fix that.

I have seen it in the past too, but i figured that it was not relevant (WM6 before the current release) and understood the need for further product testing on new products.  But here is what I found when i did a search on sprint htc mogul pocket hack master using google.  These sights came up.  I am not sure if you are also Omega one LLC, but the screens do look similar

Mr anton Tomov,
I have the same problem with the htc tytII. I purchased the program and requested support but no reply.
I really like your product. I have used it for all my office PPc. I think you should warn Handango.com that the product does not work for all ppc. That said, I hope you find a solution to this problem, because you have a great product. Please let me know as soon as you have it. I have about 10 licences o purchase.
Regards

Hello Jean,
We announced a number of times that the Mogul uses a new processor and that it takes *time* to add support for it. Please stop putting pressure on our development team - we are doing our best and we will not release a product that is not stable. Please contact our support department to get a full refund if you are not satisfied with the software.

We already asked Handango to remove the Mogul from the list of supported devices and I personally verified that they did that.

I am not sure how much time it takes for the product profile to get updated but I can assure you the Mogul as well as other devices that use the new processor are not in the list of supported devices.

Mr Anton Tomov
Thanks for the reply. I did not want to put preasure on the developers of pocket hack master. I will wait for the release of the new version that works with the htc tytn II. You have a great product. I just really need it. Thanks for the updater.
I see that the new version released 3 days ago still does not work with this ppc. Thanks again.

Hello,
The new build added support for a new CPU revision. The version that supports the Qualcomm processor is still under development. If anybody could help with links to development manuals etc this will help a lot.
