I am new here and had two questions that I sent to customer support on 10/22/08 asking how does the registraion work if I purchase version 2.97 of pocket mechanic and what will happen at the next major release of 3.0 as far as registration goes. The other email was a request to update from a compatable program. For what ever reason I did not get a response yet from either emails sent.
I then made the purchase on 10/27/08 and was not able to get the registration code since my computer dissconected my connection at the time my registration was on the screen. I then sent request for the registratino code and prompt stated I should receive the code in 6 hours. I waited but nothing happened so I sent another request and still nothing. Is there anyone that can help? My purchase order number from 2Checkout.com Order Number 3991411566. Email used was aresto at comcast dot net. I know I am one of many customers. I just need someone to respond if not I will move on. Thank you.

2. Replying
a) Please avoid quoting long messages when replying to a post. When replying only quote as much of the original post as necessary.

3. Digression
