Hi

I am new here and had two questions that I sent to customer support on 10/22/08 asking how does the registraion work if I purchase version 2.97 of pocket mechanic and what will happen at the next major release of 3.0 as far as registration goes. The other email was a request to update from a compatable program. For what ever reason I did not get a response yet from either emails sent.
I then made the purchase on 10/27/08 and was not able to get the registration code since my computer dissconected my connection at the time my registration was on the screen. I then sent request for the registratino code and prompt stated I should receive the code in 6 hours. I waited but nothing happened so I sent another request and still nothing. Is there anyone that can help? My purchase order number from 2Checkout.com Order Number 3991411566. Email used was aresto at comcast dot net. I know I am one of many customers. I just need someone to respond if not I will move on. Thank you.

June 4th, 2008 - Wizcode LLC (http://www.wizcode.com) announces another major update of Virtual Explorer. As you can see from the list of changes we work very hard to improve the previous v1.30 release.
Besides the numerous improvements and bug fixes you will find interesting new functionality such as the new multi-selection logic, the drag selection gesture and the improved search functionality. The new release is very robust and stable and many previously unresolved issues have now been fixed. We are continuing work on improving Virtual Explorer, our short-term focus will be on adding support recycle bin support for registry keys and values, performance improvements and new crypto and compression providers. Registered users are encouraged to download and update their existing installations. Upgrades are free for registered users. Unregistered users are encouraged to download a free 30-day trial version.
Recycle bin module:

Fixed: Restoring an entire folder from recyle bin issue

Fixed: User interface status notifications when restoring files/folders

Fixed: Timestmaps of restored files not applied properly bug because of an unreleased FS handle

Fixed: Recycle bin enumeration bug (left non-recycle bin files opened)

  Main toolbar:

Fixed: Delete button on the main toolbar was permanently deleting files/folders. Now it obeys the user settings (permanently deletes or moves deleted items to the recycle bin)

Added: A switch on the main toolbar that toggles multi-select mode

  Status bar:

Added: Additional status bar notifications (selection, size, statistics etc)

List pane:

Fixed: Removed left/right list flag for multi-select mode (wrong logic)

Fixed: A possible issue related to invalid list icon index value (possible GWES error on WM2005)

Fixed: Drawing of selected item's icons (the background color is the same as the highlighted row now)

Fixed: A possible drawing issue when in icons mode (missing last row)

Fixed: Possible navigation issue after a switch back from tree-only mode

Fixed: Multi-selection behavior

Added: Drag selection mode, allows the user to select many files by dragging with the stylus

Fixed: Twice displayed context menu and a related possible memory leak bug

Fixed: Improved double click activation (uses the OS list behavior instead of our custom)

Fixed: Few speed improvements (code changes related to the data access)

Fixed: List was not properly updated after a file restore from the recycle bin is canceled or fails

  Tree pane:

Fixed: A possible issue related to invalid list icon index value (possible GWES error on WM2005)

Fixed: Wrong navigation notification sent to the list pane in tree-only mode

   Search:

Fixed: Canceling a search in progress issue

    General:

Added: Additional user confirmation when trying to delete read-only files

Fixed: File and folder properties working again

Tariq Bamadhaj from Eten blog Dot Com has written an excellent review of Pocket Alarm: "Waking up in the early morning is not exactly one of my forte and I could use all the help I can get in doing so. Unfortunately, the default alarms that come with Windows Mobile just doesn’t do its job well. Whether you are a WM2003 or a WM6 user, your complaints might sound similar to mine.
