Wizcode Photocopy for Google Android devices beta testing

Wizcode Photocopy for Google AndroidJune 15th, 2010 - Wizcode announced today the completion of the work on the beta version of Wizcode Photocopy Mobile for Google Android devices. Wizcode Photocopy Android beta testing will start on June 21st. Beta testers that wish to participate in testing can sign-up for the mailing list here. The first 100 testers that apply for testing will receive a free license for the application when the beta is over.

Photocopy Android uses the device built-in camera to take pictures of printed documents and materials, converts them to a PDF file that can be instantly shared with other people over email allowing you to carry a portable scanner in your pocket.

New version of Wizcode Photocopy Mobile released

Wizcode Photocopy Mobile PDF scanner update

November 26th, 2009 - Wizcode (http://www.wizcode.com) released today another update of Wizcode Photocopy Mobile , the PDF scanner app for Windows Mobile devices.

The new update adds support for:

  • 240x400 screen resolution devices
  • 240x440 screen resolution devices
  • 320x320 screen resolution devices

Additionally the new v1.04 fixes a .DLL library issue on some devices and some other minor bugs like the PDF operations dialog control issue for WVGA screens.

Wizcode recommends upgrading to this new release to all its customers. Registered customers receive free upgrades. Non-registered users are encouraged to download and test the 30-day trial version of the application free of charge


Photocopy Mobile updated, now with Smartphone support

NoWizcode Photocopy Mobile updatevember 3rd, 2009 - Wizcode released an update of its latest product Photocopy Mobile today. The new version v1.02 addresses a few minor issues and introduces support for Windows Mobile Smartphone devices running WM5 or higher.

The beta can be downloaded from the product download section here. The 176x220, 400x240 and 440x240 screen resolutions are not supported in this version.

The change log for the new release:

  • Fixed the "Rotate CCW" possible bug
  • Fixed the "Flip vertical" possible bug
  • Fixed the QVGA drawing issue (main screen)
  • Fixed the "Delete file" option after removing image from the session
  • Added sorting settings for the "Add from folder" operation allowing the user to specify the sort order of the imported images
  • Improved memory management

Wizcode PhotoCopy Mobile betaOctober 6th, 2009 - Wizcode LLC, the leading provider of software and solutions for mobile devices announced today the beta of its newest product for Windows Mobile - Wizcode Photocopy Mobile.

Wizcode Photocopy Mobile lets you scan document pages using your device built-in camera and then convert the pages to a PDF document thus effectively turning your Pocket PC into a high-quality mobile scanner. Even if your device does not have a built-in camera you can still use the full capabilities of Photocopy Mobile by importing graphic files or even entire folders containing pictures. The supported image formats are currently JPEG, PNG and BMP and will be extended in the next releases of the product.
