Handango, PocketGear etc

by Anton Tomov on May 20

We wanted to check your opinion on whether you are still buying from sites like Handango, PocketGear etc and what is the reason for buying from them instead purchasing directly from developers like us. We are seriously thinking about stopping selling our software on these sites and focusing on selling from our own site only. There are numerous reasons for that that I will share with the comminity at a later stage.

5 randomly selected people who participated in the discussion will receive free software from our own catalog.

Cheers,

Anton

Overclocking the Qualcomm MSM7200 - work in progress

by Anton Tomov on Jan 07

Overclocking of Qualcomm MSM7200We have finally acquired the necessary documentation and source code and have performed the necessary research that was required to start real work on code that can handle the clock speed of the MSM7200 core. The information we have is enough for us to say that now we understand how the MSM7200 clock system works and that we will be able to control the CPU speed and voltage of the core of this popular chipset.

Hopefully this will soon lead to a new version of Pocket Hack Master that supports the MSM7200 chipset.

We will start with a small beta group that will test the prototypes to help us better adjust the speed settings and also test the code on as many devices as possible. Once the prototype is stable we will incorporate the clock control into the new version of Pocket Hack Master. The beta group will be announced very soon, please stay tuned!
